An economist, Forex trader and Forex writer, I have a keen eye for spotting international trading trends, particularly since shadowing my mother’s work over the past 20 years with one of the largest fashion groups.
Realizing that macroeconomic trends affect consumer behaviors and purchasing in the retail textiles and luxury goods domain, I became committed to learning more about Growth & Development and International Trade and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Economics with honors from the University of California at Berkeley in 2007. I gained mastery in econometric methods, methods of economic history and fundamentals of microeconomic and macroeconomic theory as a member of the esteemed Omicron Delta Epsilon fraternity.
I am fluent in Spanish, Polish and English, and have a passion working with the international investing community to meet my vision for a more connected and prosperous global economy.
I now live in Oakland, CA where I trade on Forex, write about Forex, international finance, and economics for companies like e.g.: FinanceMagnates, SeekingAlpha, FXStreet, Investing. I participate in long-distance cycling events, practice swimming, and enjoy attending my daughter’s dance recitals.
